To FBI Rank and File: Balls in Your Court?

For a time the Bureau's politically tainted and cursory, pro-forma investigation of Clinton emails and the Clinton Foundation, was prominently in the news.  As the narrative goes, honest, dedicated, hard-working agents are hugely frustrated and angry on account of the fact that no one has been held accountable for what is manifestly criminal behavior.  Was Justice caught peeking?


We've heard much about the seething anger among the FBI rank and file.  We've also heard what a straight arrow James Comey is.  The latter assertion has proved false, and I can't help wondering about the former.  One likes to cling to the belief that there remains at least one agency in government that has not been corrupted, but on what grounds?  I hope that one day soon the actions of honorable men of courage will stand in rebuke to my growing cynicism.
